World Book Day: Mar 1

To celebrate World Book Day in New Cross Library on 1 March, there will be a Big Book Swap in the library from 6pm-8pm. It’s free, open to all ages, there will be refreshments and other activities, and all are welcome, – please bring at least one book to swap!

This will be followed by a Big Book Sale on Sunday 4 March (2-5pm) with second hand books selling for bargain prices – with most paperbacks priced 5 for £1 and hardbacks or large paperbacks £1 or £2 each – cheaper than our usual second hand book prices. Come along & bring friends to help raise funds for the library in 2012

Despite the amazing prices, we have incredible books on sale – you won’t be disappointed.
Please pass this on to fellow book lovers!

And remember you can still submit your book for the New Cross Bookshelf Artwork… it’s easy to do and you’ll be proud of it for years. Just click here to complete the short form and submit your details
