The Number 82 Film Club at Brockley Social Club – once a month on a Wednesday, doing crazy, lovely things..music, film, micro performance … BINGO … perhaps a tombola (ooh la la) starting: Wed 16 Oct 7.30pm – midnight. The Itch, a short film from Susanne Dietz, and A Working Mens Club in Sheffield (1965) by German documentary maker Peter Nestler, a remarkable film portraying Sheffield working-class lives in the mid-1960s. Like other working men’s clubs, the Dial House Social Club served as a social hub, a provider of welfare and entertainment.

The Jack Studio Theatre Our autumn season continues with the Pulitzer prize-winning drama, The Effect of Gamma Rays on Man-in-the-Moon Marigolds till 19 Oct.

Yam Yam! is a six-week festival at the Albany of arts and food, bringing together some of the most inspiring artists and creatives working with food for a festival celebrating the things that happen when we eat. Save Lewisham Hospital – The Fight Goes On
The High Court quashed the decision to close our A&E and Maternity department but the Government is appealing. Even if we win they will try again to close our hospital in already-published plans. Another threat is the Private Finance Initiative debt: we will fight for its removal as well as opposing cuts and privatisation. Join us to show your support at the start of the appeal hearing:
